I greatly enjoyed really helpful and amicable employees!
It was a nice hotel in an outstanding area, near the attractions. Particularly good location, the free parking was available. Pizzeria Pizza Hut was located 15 minutes walk away.

Amazing setting, right by AT THE RIVERCHASE LODGE and the center. Reasonably large room and clean bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and towels. Superbly friendly staff of the hotel.

This is surely the best low-budget hotel, superbly friendly and helpful staff, reasonably spacious rooms. The location of the property in Pigeon Forge is great and stunning, close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and AT THE RIVERCHASE LODGE. Also, if you want to visit a boutique distillery, consider staying here, it's at a medium distance from the hotel.

The location is particularly good and amazing, not far from the Riverchase for years, the mountains and Gatlinburg - couldn't be better. This hotel offers brand-new rooms with a TV, a heater. The staff are really helpful and affable, answered every question I had. Will be back, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Nice property with an amazing pool. Super-friendly staff throughout. Brand-new and clean rooms with the tub, a TV, a heater, free parking. Marvellous and unbeatable location so close to an outlet as well as the mountains. Also, in the center.

Thoroughly enjoyed Pigeon Forge, the hotel was great by an outlet. The room we had included a patio and a carpet. It was with a tub. The location was marvellous and the staff was excellent during the whole stay!

Wanted to explore Pigeon Forge and this hotel was unique base for doing it. The location was good and stunning, close enough to Pigeon Forge as well as Gatlinburg and easily accessible. Ate at Nao Japanese Grill, it's at a medium distance from the venue.
